What will I wear ??

What will I wear when we are back in New York ??
It is hot humid Summer right now in Argentina . I will be going to Cold Winter in NY.
I am wearing a tee shirt now , I will have to wear this over it.
I like it but my legs will freeze.
good for when my doc martens just won't do ..
This is probably the look I should go for .
