( I really admire both of them)
* People are more violently opposed to fur than leather because it’s safer to harass rich women than a motorcycle gang.

When asked about why he rarely attended his own Art show openings, he was quoted as saying : "I don't go to other people's openings, so I extend the same courtesy to my own."
Q- You seem dismissive of art experts, curators and critics, is this based on arrogance or experience?
A- For 47 days in 1961, Matisse's Le Bateau was hanging upside down in theMuseum of Modern Art in New York City.
None of the 34 curatorial staff or 280 art critics noticed.
The mistake was discovered by Genevieve Hubert, a stockbroker.
